About
East Vale Control Audit exists for payment, lending, and wallet teams who need an independent reader of their reconciliations—not a generalist consultancy slide deck.
The practice began after years of reviewing settlement exceptions for regional fintech groups serving Taiwanese merchants and remittance customers. Too many “control reviews” stopped at policy diagrams. We formed East Vale to keep the work close to clearing files, approval matrices, and the people who force-post when a partner file arrives late.
Our base address in 基隆縣 keeps us within reach of northern Taiwan’s finance and operations teams, with remote document rooms for entities elsewhere in the country.
People
We stay deliberately small so the person scoping your audit remains involved through fieldwork and the closing briefing.
Focuses on payment institution control universes, board briefings, and factual clearance of findings memos.
Leads settlement window reviews and dual-control sampling across card acquiring and domestic transfer rails.
Indexes evidence rooms, performs reconciliation samples, and supports remediation follow-up checks.
Independence means we will leave an exception open when evidence is thin—even if that slows a board calendar. Clarity means severity definitions appear before the annex. Respect for operators means walkthroughs stay specific to their queues, not theatrical interviews for show.
We do not sell software, and we do not replace your internal audit department on a permanent retainer unless a separate engagement letter says so. We deliver time-bound audits for fintech control environments and the briefings that help directors read the results.
