Purposes

We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule scoping calls, prepare engagement letters, and—where you accept analytics cookies—understand aggregate site usage.

Legal bases

Where Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act applies, we process inquiry data for the purpose of responding to your request and taking steps prior to entering a contract, and for legitimate operational records of professional correspondence.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a signed engagement requires a longer professional retention period. Analytics data, if enabled by your consent, is retained according to the provider durations listed in the cookies table.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with email or hosting providers acting on our instructions, or when required by law.

International transfers

If a service provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer. Engagement fieldwork itself may involve reviewing your business records under a separate confidentiality undertaking.

Your rights
